as you’ve said, every teacher must be a behavior management specialist..i do believe that not only special education teachers must know how tactics on how to manage students behavior. it is a must that every teacher must know the principles of behavior management. facilitating students in general education setting especially students in special education setting must acquire proper knowledge about behavioral management so that we could give the proper intervention needed by our students.
